From the pattern envelope,"V. 1 and 2 skirt is pleated to wasitband with left side zipper. V. 2 is cut crosswise for border-printed fabrics. V. 3 and 4 skirt with double elastic waistline casing has side seam pockets. V. 1 and 3 are knee length. V. 2 and 4 are below calf length."
Vintage 90s Sizes 10, 12 and 14 fit a Waist 25" to 28", Hip 34.5" to 38".
The pattern is complete and mostly uncut. View 2 has been cut to shorten. It comes with instructions. The pattern has been stored a long time with edgewear and pen notations to the envelope.
